Chinese AI Application Development Association (CAIADA)#

The Chinese AI Application Development Association (CAIADA) is a legally established non-profit public interest social organization. The association connects academia, industry, government, and professional communities to advance artificial intelligence technology, industrial applications, and talent development.
Mission and Vision#
CAIADA focuses on promoting the development of artificial intelligence technology and industrial applications, supporting the sustainable growth of an intelligent society, and building a cross-sector, cross-industry, and cross-regional platform for AI application exchange.
Through industry exchange, resource integration, business matching, and ecosystem building, the association helps members understand AI technology trends, expand cooperation opportunities, and support practical AI applications in education, industry, public services, and social innovation.
Purpose and Tasks#
Purpose: To promote the development of artificial intelligence technology and industrial applications, and to support the sustainable growth of an intelligent society.
The association promotes and carries out the following tasks in accordance with relevant laws and regulations:
- Research and development of core artificial intelligence technologies and promotion of cross-domain applications.
- International AI technology exchange and promotion of industrial cooperation.
- AI application-oriented journal publishing and industrial knowledge sharing.
- AI technical talent development and educational promotion.
- Government AI policy recommendations and preparation of industrial white papers.
- Promotion and implementation of programs to reduce urban-rural and generational AI digital divides.
- Protection of member rights and operation of an integrated industrial information platform.
- AI technology competitions and talent discovery systems.
Association Structure#
The President and Vice Presidents jointly support the association’s development, member services, and external exchange.
Promotes CAIADA's development, AI technology exchange, and industrial cooperation.
Supports member services, cross-sector exchange, and AI application cooperation.
Associate Professor at the Graduate Institute of National Development and Mainland China Studies, Chinese Culture University; specializes in comparative social policy, with a focus on AI governance and public policy applications.
